Why can't I order my app?

If you can't order your app, this might be because of missing images or data in your app order. Please make sure, that you fill out all mandatory fields which are:

General app data

  • App name
  • default language
  • App Icon (1024x1024 pixels)
  • App description (at least three sentences / maximun 4000 characters)

Apple App Store specific data

  • App name
  • Primary Category

Google Play Specific data

  • App name
  • App short description (max 80 characters)
  • Category
  • Content rating
  • Feature graphic (1024x500 pixels)

After you have filled out all mandatory fields, you can order your app.

    Despite experiencing errors with my app, I have tried to order the app (hoping I will receive better support after purchasing a subscription), however when I submit my credit card information I am told: "There was an error. Please contact our support."
    Is Blappsta still supported?  I am now feeling somewhat unsafe submitting my credit card information to your website given my customer/user experience thus far.
